Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service/ /Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our diverse clientele. You will utilize your bilingual skills to effectively communicate with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved promptly. You will be responsible for selling furniture, electronics and appliances to our customers.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring clarity and professionalism in communication.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while analyzing customer needs.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required (bilingual).
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity basic computer skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.29 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 22 per week
