Security Technology Consultant – Your Role in Driving Success!

At Network Controls, we believe that our greatest strength is our people. As a Security Technology Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our growth by driving new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with our existing clients. Whether it's acquiring new accounts or expanding service agreements, your efforts will be vital to the success of the company.

What success looks like:

  • You’ll actively seek out new clients, capturing new logos and expanding our reach into fresh markets. This isn’t just about maintaining the status quo—it’s about pushing boundaries and growing revenue through a variety of service offerings.
  • In addition to landing new clients, you’ll focus on renewing and expanding our services within existing accounts by upselling and cross-selling solutions.
  • Your audience will be diverse, from CIOs to VPs, Directors of Facilities/Security, and Procurement teams, all of whom will look to you to deliver tailored security solutions.

How you'll make a difference:

  • Developing a Strong Pipeline: You’ll engage with decision-makers, helping them identify their needs and aligning our solutions to fit those needs. Your pipeline will be robust, ensuring a healthy flow of opportunities (aiming for a 3:1 ratio over target).
  • Crafting Winning Proposals: You’ll be the architect of success, constructing proposals that clearly lay out the value of our services, the business case for the investment, and why Network Controls is the best choice.
  • Presenting and Closing Deals: With your strong communication skills, you'll present these proposals to stakeholders, addressing concerns around timing, pricing, or competition, and driving the process to a timely go or no-go decision.
  • Focusing on the Right Market: Whether it’s targeting specific industries or geographic regions, you’ll develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities within your assigned markets.
  • Solution-Oriented Sales: You’ll be laser-focused on selling specific services—whether it’s maintenance services, SaaS solutions, or managed services—tailored to meet your clients’ needs.
  • Collaborating for Success: You won’t be working alone! By teaming up with Account Executives, subject matter experts, and service partners, you’ll deliver proposals that address every facet of a client’s needs, positioning us to win.
  • Managing Relationships: Your role doesn’t stop once the sale is made. You’ll continue to nurture and manage relationships with your clients, ensuring satisfaction while hitting revenue and profit targets.
  • Building Market Awareness: By attending industry events, delivering presentations, and networking within relevant associations, you’ll help build brand awareness and create new business opportunities.
