Job Description
- Handles and upload orders / encode orders from sales representative or customers from the company's system. Ensure that orders are processed with customer's information and requirements, terms of payment and shipping method. Submit sales order to the warehouse to process and packaging.
- Handles daily sales and shipping operations. Sales by email, telephone or mobile messenger apps.
- Ensuring the accuracy of shipping and timely processing of orders. Coordinate and scheduling a shipment with freight forwarders or cargo companies.
- Create labels, steam/ press, capture photos for showroom samples.
- Organize and maintain paperwork such as sales and shipping records as a basis for management reports.
- Place and receive phone calls as needed
- Must be skilled in customer service, problem-solving and multitasking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
