Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative to contribute to the success of our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and identify sales opportunities.
· Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions.
· Handle all customer complaints and concern in a prompt and supportive manner.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
· Assist in data entry as needed.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
· Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely progression through the sales pipeline.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
· Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
· Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
· Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
· Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their objectives.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
