**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales processes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant product information
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in inside sales or related field
- Strong business development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
