Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Representative with sales experience to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will not only provide outstanding customer support but also leverage your sales skills to upsell our services and drive revenue growth across Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to traveler and campground manager inquiries via various communication channels including email, phone, and live chat.
- Provide personalized assistance and follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
- Utilize web-based platforms, telephone systems, and computer software to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical inquiries in our internal databases.
- Assist in setting up campground profiles and providing training sessions to campground managers via Zoom.
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective campgrounds to showcase the benefits of our reservation system.
- Utilize your sales experience to identify upselling opportunities and promote additional services to existing customers.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer success specialist, customer support, or similar role.
- French as a second language is an asset.
- Proven track record in sales or upselling within a customer service environment.
- Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain patient and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Openness to feedback and a proactive approach to learning and development.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
