What You'll Do:
As a Real Estate Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be a key player in our sales team, responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and driving property sales. You’ll work closely with buyers, sellers, and investors to match them with their ideal properties—leveraging your sales skills and knowledge of the real estate market.
- Generate & Qualify Leads: Use our cutting-edge CRM tools to prospect new clients and convert incoming leads into solid opportunities. Follow up on warm leads from inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
- Engage & Educate Clients: Build rapport with potential buyers and sellers via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Offer expert advice, answer questions, and provide property information to guide clients through their real estate journey.
- Drive Sales: Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in listings, coordinating tours, sending property details, and organizing meetings with agents for showings and listings.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline: Maintain and update client information and sales progress in the CRM, ensuring a seamless flow from initial contact to closing.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work alongside real estate agents, marketing, and support staff to ensure a smooth transaction process and provide an exceptional client experience.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed personal sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Expertise: Proven success in inside sales, preferably in real estate, but we’ll consider other industries if you have the drive to succeed. Some of our best agents have been inside sales, sales managers, store managers, paralegals, administrative assistants and more.
- Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable and confident speaking with clients on the phone and via text and email. You should be an active listener with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- Tech-Savvy: Some proficiency in CRM tools, Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with real estate platforms like MLS, Zillow, and Homes.com is a plus.
- Results-Driven: You’re highly motivated to meet and exceed goals. You understand the importance of persistence, follow-up, and a client-focused approach to drive results.
- Self-Starter with Team Spirit: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are comfortable working independently. At the same time, you’re a strong team player who values collaboration.
- Real Estate Knowledge: While not mandatory, having a real estate license or a general understanding of the real estate industry will give you a competitive edge.
