JOB DEFINITION
Sales Hunter who will aggressively grow our landscape maintenance and/or snow business. This includes having full knowledge of current and potential customer base within an assigned territory, use of our CSR system, closing new business, creating customer partnerships, and attaining pricing set by Delivery Team.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
The essential duties and responsibilities are listed below. Other duties may be assigned.
Sales
- Prospecting, Qualifying & Closing new business with ideal clients
- Represent company in professional groups/associations that foster new
- Creation of profitable customer relationships
- Business Development - soliciting new commercial maintenance contracts for Homeowners Associations, industrial or commercial clients
- Attend meetings as required by customers

Age Requirements:
- Employee must be at least 18 years of age and meet all applicable state-mandated labor laws
Experience:
- Proven track record of selling commercial service contracts (B2B), preferable landscape maintenance
Knowledge of:
- Mainscape Ideal Client criteria
- Computer software programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems
Ability to:
- Develop strong client relationships
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Meet critical deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact with customers as necessary
- Prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Adhere to company policies, standards and safety guidelines
- Maintain professional demeanor and appearance
- Maintain a strong work ethic
EVALUATION
Before an employee can advance, they must have their Supervisor provide written verification of having completed the following:
- Employee may not have missed any days of work, unexcused by supervisor, within the previous 6 months.
- Employee has demonstrated the ability to perform all essential job responsibilities and duties listed above.
