Summary
The Associate, IT Customer Enablement will facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business users to define and document current state business processes, pain points with existing processes and map out the desired to-be state. Business requirements then need to be mapped to technical requirements to help identify one or more potential solutions enabled by technology.
Detailed Description
- Assist with solicitation and elicitation of business requirements from the business teams, document the as-is and to-be processes using various business analyst models
- Support IT Business Partners and various IT teams to deliver IT solutions
- Support small to intermediate projects through the project lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change
- Support with task assignment to project resources and reporting on and managing project scope throughout the lifecycle
- Assist in preparing regular and accurate reports for stakeholders
- Assist in documenting business stakeholder roadmap/strategy and IT strategy (quarterly)
- Support in the development of documentation, cases studies and other marketing collateral to help sell/differentiate Celestica IT

Physical Demands
Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
No overnight travel is required.
Typical Experience
Entry level to 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry.
Typical Education
University degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering
