Job Summary:
SHI is a leading IT solutions and services provider, helping customers achieve their digital transformation goals. We seek a Director of Partner Marketing to lead our cybersecurity marketing strategy and execution with our key partners, such as Cisco, CrowdStrike, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Tanium, and others.

The Director of Cybersecurity Partner Marketing will lead a team of experts to design and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive growth, awareness, and demand for our broad Cybersecurity partner portfolio. You will also collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including partners like Cisco, CrowdStrike, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Tanium, to create a unified SHI brand narrative that delivers value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with stakeholders across our growth and product marketing teams to create and manage a go-to-market plan that aligns our strategic partner-focused solutions with SHI’s growth plans.
  • Create and manage the partner marketing strategy of SHI’s Cybersecurity solutions practice.
  • Lead a team of Partner Marketing Managers responsible for implementing joint marketing plans with our strategic cybersecurity partners to drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with our sales, solutions, and partner management teams to align our cybersecurity marketing initiatives with our business goals and partner objectives.
  • Provide SME-level knowledge of the Cybersecurity Market and SHI’s GTM priorities and best practices.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of resources and alignment with partner co-marketing programs and incentives.
  • Oversee creating and delivering compelling cybersecurity marketing content and campaigns across multiple channels, such as webinars, events, email, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Analyze industry information and market trends to identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and leverage new marketing opportunities and channels to drive partner awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement.
  • Measure and report on the performance and impact of our cybersecurity partner marketing activities, using data and insights to optimize and improve our marketing effectiveness and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on cybersecurity and IT solutions. Experience in partner marketing or channel marketing is a plus.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful cybersecurity marketing strategies and campaigns with leading technology partners.
  • A strong understanding of the cybersecurity market, trends, challenges, opportunities, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, and web analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • A creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for innovation and growth, with a commitment to setting and achieving measurable goals.

  • Cybersecurity Knowledge:
    • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and solutions.
    • Stay informed about the latest developments in the cybersecurity field.
  • Marketing Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategiesthat drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention.
    • Craft compelling messaging and content for various channels (webinars, events, email, social media).
  • Business Acumen:
    • Ability to align marketing efforts with business goalsand partner objectives.
    • Optimize resource allocation and co-marketing programs.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Analyze industry data and market trendsto identify growth opportunities.
    • Make data-driven decisions to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, solutions, partner management) and external stakeholders.
  • Creativity and Innovation:
    • Think creativelyto differentiate SHI’s brand narrative in the cybersecurity space.

  • Project Management:
    • Organize and prioritize marketing initiatives
