Summary: The Sales Coordinator will oversee the quality and success of Goldfish Swim School sales, member retention, and customer service.

- Follow up with all leads through email, text, and phone calls.
- Works with the marketing team to help coordinate all campaigns.
- Sell annual and monthly memberships.
- Track and achieve sales goals.
- Provides sales and marketing training to front desk team members.
- Gains knowledge and experience in all technology platforms to achieve a high level of competence in bookings, class scheduling, reporting, and administrative functions.
- Directs and controls the sales operations to ensure the school is running according to GSS standard operating procedures.
Education/Experience:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous sales experience.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Bi-lingual, Spanish-speaking preferred.
Each Goldfish Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchisee is the employer at each Goldfish Swim School location.
