Position Title: Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires an understanding of window and door industry, as well as proficiency in utilizing WooCommerce for product loading, picture estimating, and QuickBooks for order management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing accurate product information and pricing.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately using WooCommerce, ensuring seamless transactions from order placement to delivery.
  • Utilize QuickBooks online to manage invoicing, payments, and customer accounts, maintaining accurate records and resolving any billing issues.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any production-related issues or delays.
  • Assist with product loading and picture estimating on the WooCommerce website, ensuring that all product information and images are up to date and accurate.
  • Provide sales support to the outside sales team, including preparing quotes, generating sales reports, and following up on leads.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in the window and door manufacturing industry.
  • Some knowledge of wood window and door products.
  • Proficiency in using WooCommerce for product loading and picture estimating.
  • Experience with Online QuickBooks or similar accounting software for order management and invoicing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working in Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience working with custom window and door products.
  • Proficiency in utilizing WooCommerce .
