Legend Fleet Solutions is a growing company producing interior protection products for cargo vans throughout Canada, USA, and UK/Europe. As our thriving company continues to expand, we are currently recruiting individuals for the role of Regional Sales Representative in Virginia and Eastern Seaboard.

Key Responsibilities:

· Legend selling philosophy: At Legend we work both on a push-selling and pull-selling methodology. That means selling through our 200-300 dealers/upfitters in North America, as well as, working with end-user fleets to pull deals through. The Legend sales team is driven by a GSDr attitude, which means ‘GET STUFF DONE right.’ In a sales context, this means a weekly push to meet activity goals (POP – proactive outreach points) as well as sales targets. This role will focus primarily on Virginia, the Carolinas, and Eastern Seaboard, developing relationships in that region.

· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential upfitters and dealers in an assigned specific region to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Sales Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers (upfitters or end-users) through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, tradeshows, lunch and learns, virtual van demo’s, in-person training, and continuing market intelligence regarding your region and customers.

· Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase products/services and persuade prospects to make purchasing decisions.

· Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.

· Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. This includes staying updated on any training provided by Legend, monthly webinars, and ensuring your customers attend monthly webinars.

· Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using HubSpot, PowerBI and other tools as applicable.

· Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, overcome objections, and successfully close sales deals.

· Market Research: Continuously assess market conditions, competitors, and customer (upfitter and end-user) needs to identify new opportunities and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field (3-5 years).
  • Experience in the commercial vehicle market would be a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Holds a valid Drivers License, Passport and has the ability to travel multiple days per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
