About the Role
Are you passionate about sales and looking for a role where you can grow with an exciting, innovative company? As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in the veterinary industry, helping us introduce our recovery solutions to new clinics and grow our loyal customer base. This role is perfect for someone just starting their career or with a few years of experience who’s eager to learn, develop their skills, and make a real impact.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with our small, collaborative sales team to refine and execute our sales strategy. This position includes opportunities for career growth in a company that’s dedicated to your success.
What You’ll Do
- Be the face of VetMed Solutions at 8–12 veterinary trade shows per year across Canada and the US. (Travel expenses fully covered.)
- Connect with veterinary professionals at our booth to showcase the benefits of our innovative recovery suits and other products.
- Follow up with leads from trade shows and marketing campaigns to convert them into long-term customers.
- Document your progress using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure we’re meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Provide insights to improve our sales processes and help us grow.
What We’re Looking For
- A can-do attitude with a desire to learn and grow in sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with prospects professionally and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A Bachelor’s degree or animal health industry experience
- Valid driver’s license and passport for travel.

- On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $85,000, with the potential to earn up to $100,000 by exceeding sales targets.
