The day-to-day routine will include visiting healthcare facilities and engaging with healthcare providers to educate them about our innovative wound care solutions and to build lasting relationships that make a real difference in patient outcomes.

Please note that this position operates on a strictly commission-based structure with no base salary and is classified as a 1099 contractor role. Potential commission earning potential from $150k to $330k annually.
Duties
- A balanced mix of on-site and remote work, with local travel necessary to engage with healthcare facilities and establish new referral sources.
- Participate in area conferences and networking events to enhance business visibility.
- Remote responsibilities include weekly team meetings and client correspondence via email.
- Conduct informative wound care presentations
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Attend weekly team meetings on Google Meet
- Participate in remote training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Experience
- Proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales is highly desirable.
- Strong technical sales background with the ability to understand complex products.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, showcasing initiative in driving results within a team environment.
- Previous experience conducting product demos is a plus, along with a solid understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Proactive mindset to identify and pursue new business avenues.
