Job Description
We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to follow up on incoming requests for estimates . You will provide complete and accurate estimates for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Onsite accurate measuring for each prospects job.
- Average appointment of 5 per day
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Jobsite inspections to insure accurate pricing
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Work with installation teams and office to insure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with office. Multi-task several projects simultaneously.
- Handle installation issues during job to insure customer satisfaction
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to learn new software - estimating software
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read plans, survey
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Background in construction/home improvements or related field a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $130,000.00 per year
