POSITION DUTIES:
- Use the latest digital identity and cybersecurity techniques to protect information assets by delivering industry-leading identity and access management solutions. Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions. Ensure that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss.
- Leverage problem solving and data analysis skills to ensure projects deliver on time. Identify, analyze and resolve system design weaknesses. Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions. Determine and recommend the most appropriate response to identified complex problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
- Ensure the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems. Troubleshoot, support and resolve system incidents, problems and changes, as required. Define, promote, and advise on solutions and best practices by using appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system development life cycle.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems Engineering, Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field
- One (1) year of work experience in a title/position involving systems integration or software engineering of IAM solutions such as Microsoft Graph

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
