ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Wellesley Mazda, North Shore Mazda, and Modern Mazda are part of a third-generation owned auto group and are well established having been in business for over 90 years. We hold true to our family values. We have a dynamic and fun environment and the ability for you to make great money in this 1.3 trillion dollar auto industry. This is an hourly position ($18 per hour.) with bonuses and with full paid training.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- NO COLD CALLING!!
- Handling incoming internet sales inquiries to our three Mazda dealerships.
- Obtaining and scheduling appointments via telephone, texting and email.
- Making outbound calls following up with internet leads.
- Answer customer questions promptly with honesty and accuracy.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Outstanding communication skills.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Ability to submit to and successfully pass a drug test, and background check.
