Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative specializing in Low Voltage Systems, including CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) and Access Control solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively promote and sell our range of security solutions to prospective clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the designated territory or market segment.
Actively prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our low voltage systems, CCTV, and access control solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on security solutions best suited to their requirements.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Proposal Development:
Prepare comprehensive and competitive proposals, quotes, and bids in response to client requirements.
Work closely with the technical team to develop solution designs and pricing strategies that align with clients' budgets and expectations.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, striving to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities related to low voltage systems, CCTV, and access control.
Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for growth.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint within existing markets.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals, using CRM software.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends for management review.
Collaborate with colleagues to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on low voltage systems, CCTV, or access control solutions.
Strong technical understanding of security systems and electronic hardware.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.92 - $26.40 per hour
