We are looking for experienced A-Players with proven Staffing & Services experience to join us on that journey.
The first mission of the AE is to increase Innovien’s footprint inside current clients by 60% or more over the first two years in the role. This growth is accomplished through successfully nurturing both new and existing relationships while finding and closing opportunities within established enterprise accounts. The second mission is to mentor, develop & promote other account managers within their portfolio to establish a national account team by the end of year one.
Requirements:
Objectives of the Account Executive:
Grow revenue of portfolio by 60% by end of year two
30% increase by end of year one, 60% increase by end of year two
Maintain a 12-client meeting average per week across assigned accounts
Maintain a contract req closing ratio of 75% or better
Develop & train portfolio Account Managers & Associate Account Managers to establish focused National Account team by end of year one
Create account strategy plans that align the team to focused quarterly goals (revenue growth, account activity, relationship development)
Train & mentor minimum one Account Manager to be fully dedicated to portfolio by end of year one
Promote minimum of one Associate AM to Account Manager aligned to National account by end of year one
