We seek a driven and results-oriented Staffing Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will generate sales leads, build relationships with clients, and ultimately drive revenue growth for the high volume and professional search segments. If you are a motivated sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team as a Staffing Sales Executive. This is a part-time, contract position + commission.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including hiring managers and HR professionals.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Present our agency's services and value proposition to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote the business's services and expand the client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of staffing and recruiting industry trends and best practices.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and networking events.
