Join us as a Remote Outbound Sales Call Representative and take part in an exciting opportunity. You'll work 100% remotely, engaging with hot leads from prospects who have expressed interest in our services. This role is vital in supporting our client, Lido Labs. There's potential for this temporary position to transition into a permanent role after 90 days, where you'll become eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and paid holidays. Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with hours ranging from 35 to 40 per week, allowing you to excel comfortably.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Engage Customers: Proactively connect with potential customers through outbound calls to promote products or services. Use persuasive techniques to highlight benefits and special offers.
· Understand Customer Needs: Listen carefully to customer inquiries to identify their requirements and preferences. Tailor sales pitches to address specific needs and demonstrate how products or services can meet them effectively.
· Build Relationships: Establish trust and loyalty with customers by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or objections raised.
· Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of company offerings. Stay updated on product features, pricing, and changes. Clearly articulate product details to customers, emphasizing key selling points.
· Sales Techniques: Use effective sales techniques, such as active listening and objection handling, to guide customers through the sales process. Adapt approaches based on customer preferences to maximize sales opportunities.
· Track Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by tracking and reporting sales activities and outcomes. Provide regular updates to supervisors or management on sales performance and improvement opportunities.
· Collaborate with Team: Work with team members and sales managers to share knowledge and insights. Collaborate on improving sales strategies and processes to contribute to overall team success.
· Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines, including data protection regulations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in designated platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proven sales track record, preferably in call center or telesales.
· Results-oriented mindset, focused on exceeding sales targets.
· Good computer skills to navigate software applications.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, and weekends.
· Home office with high-speed internet, computer, and headset. Chromebooks and Macbooks not permitted.
THE MONEY
· Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $22, depending on experience and hours.
