- Quote and sell vinyl fencing, railing, and outdoor living products.
- Serve customers on the phone, through email and/or in person on a daily basis.
- Provide a superior customer experience.
- Work with layout planning and assist customers accurately, effectively and quickly.
- Accurately process payment and product sales documentation in NetSuite.
- Review monthly sales reports and identify areas of improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or related field
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage accounts and build long-term relationships
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
