Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management and business development strategies. This role requires a strong focus on territory sales, customer service, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients in a B2B environment. The position requires calling on car dealerships and setting up new customers for our automotive reconditioning business we do touchup, interior repairs, headlights, leather, buffing , wetsanding and other services to used cars at car dealerships. This position requires landing new accounts and helping in customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage accounts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct direct sales activities, including presentations and product demonstrations, to prospective clients.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that enhance sales efforts.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Skills
- Proven experience in account management and sales, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Strong understanding of territory management principles and practices.
- Excellent business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Ability to engage with customers effectively, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
- Experience in direct sales and upselling techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with clients.

Pay: $68,683.00 - $80,345.00 per year
