The Solutions Team, is a leading U.S. provider of IT managed services solutions headquartered in Flowood, MS.

We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative to join our team! In this role you’ll be working directly with our senior sales team to drive new revenues, secure and establish new accounts, organize, and plan daily work schedule. The Sales Representative is responsible to initiate, coordinate, and complete a sufficient number of customer contacts via phone calls, emails, face-to-face visits, campaigns and participation in individually and company coordinated events, etc. The Sales Representative also must uncover opportunities, create and deliver proposals to sufficiently fill the sales pipeline to reach the desired sales targets. The Sales Representative must be familiar with all resources available and utilize those resources, as needed, for prospect identification, participation in sales calls and to bring sales to closure. Ultimately, the Sales Representative is responsible for generating targeted revenues from new and existing clients.

This position offers a solid base salary plus bonus and commission. As a full-time employee, you will qualify for health insurance and cell-phone reimbursement! You MUST be based in the Jackson Metro area and a US citizen (sorry, no exceptions). This is an awesome opportunity for someone who:

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Understand the role of Sales Representative in achieving individual & company goals; be self-motivated and self-directed while asking for guidance &/or assistance when needed.
  • Determine if training is needed and provide effective feedback to company leadership as appropriate
  • Actively Participate in Conferences, Trade Shows, Group Presentations, Company Sponsored Events, Etc.
  • Proactively make sufficient number of prospect/customer touches (calls, emails, face-to-face) to inure achievement of sales goals
  • Proactively create and present sufficient number of proposals to insure achievement of sales goals
  • Identify a minimum of 1.5x Monthly New Growth Revenue Target with 75% Probability of Close in Current Month Pipeline
  • Identify a minimum of 5x Monthly New Growth Revenue Target with in 90 Day Pipeline (Current Month + 2)
  • Maintain an overall healthy pipeline to maximize potential for future success.
  • Achieve or Exceed Average Monthly Sales Goals/Targets
  • At sales close, successfully complete all required hand-off documentation and participate in customer on-boarding
  • Complete Self-Education on CRM tool & how to effectively use for purposes at TST
  • Document ALL activity in CRM tool

Pay Range (Depending on Experience)

KPI/MBO Bonus Plan - $800.0010

Holiday Pay - $1,200.00

Hours per year of PTO - $1,560.00

Total Additional Compensation $11,480.00

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
