What We Offer:
- Salary: $50,000 to $75,000 (based on experience)
- 6 months guaranteed salary then move into draw against commission
- Full Time:40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday – Friday, weekend availability based on appointments)

Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business within the community
- Provide outstanding service to determine customer’s overall flooring and design needs
- Build client relationships and ensure follow up is completed on all jobs
- Schedule consultation appointments to meet with clients in their home, workplace, or the showroom
- Keep up to date on the wide selection of products and services provided
- Gather space/area measurements and calculate number of materials needed for project
- Create/present project proposals to clients for approval, provide any floor sample suggestions, and ensure quality control for active projects
- Build positive relationships with operations team to ensure projects are completed in timely manner
- Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven work experience in Flooring Sales, Outside Sales, Interior Design, Construction, or similar role
- Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable form of transportation
- Must have basic computer/social media knowledge and math skills
- Must be able to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors/suppliers & clients
- Advanced time management skills and detailed oriented
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to customers’ needs and wants
- Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Ability to achieve sales goals effectively
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, yet within a team setting
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong personal and professional judgment
- A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
