This position offers base pay plus commissions on profit from booked appointments, making it an excellent opportunity for driven individuals ready to grow with us.
Position Overview:
The Job Estimator & Sales Representative will be integral to driving Clean Nation Co.'s growth by providing estimates, following up on leads, and helping customers find solutions tailored to their needs. You will also have the opportunity to cross-sell services across our HVAC and permanent lighting businesses, maximizing earning potential while enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to leads, schedule appointments, and follow up to secure bookings.
  • Conduct on-site or virtual estimates, delivering clear, accurate pricing based on client needs and company standards.
  • Prepare professional proposals and service agreements for customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term loyalty.
  • Actively identify cross-selling opportunities for HVAC and permanent lighting services.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients, addressing questions, concerns, and next steps.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, including leads, estimates, bookings, and revenue.

Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, estimating, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Clean criminal background.
  • Dependable transportation.
  • Valid Driver's License & Insurance.
