Marketing and Business Development Manager [Japan / US Manufacturing]
A global electronic components materials manufacturer is seeking a qualified Marketing and Business Development Manager for their San Jose location. The Marketing and Business Development Manager will be responsible for for advanced market and product research for flexible sensors. Focus on creation by identifying and developing specific applications with new technology in a new market segment. Responsibilities include assessing and verifying the potential market and assessing the opportunity from the perspective of fit with company’s core competencies.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Japanese and English languages
- Master’s degree in Marketing Research, preferred
- Five or more years experience in business development and new product marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in Japanese companies, preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing company preferred
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
This is a full-time, direct hire position with a competitive salary ($120,000-125,000 base annual salary range) and full company benefits package.
