MINIMUM 2-5 YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE IN SALES
As a Sales Representative for ARC Leadership, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with clients in need of staffing solutions. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify potential clients, understand their staffing needs, and offer our services to fulfill those requirements. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Minimum Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, B2B Sales, Recruitment Sales or Professional Services a big plus!
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, solution selling, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media to generate new leads along with scheduling appointments.
- Work collaboratively with sales team members, as well as other departments such as managers, and recruiters to achieve common sales objectives and drive overall business success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their needs, providing product information, addressing concerns, and building trust.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals by developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, acquire new customers, and increase sales conversion rates.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, leads, and opportunities, using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other tracking tools.
- Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring a positive customer experience to foster loyalty and retention.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with customers to close sales deals. Overcome objections, handle rejections, and persuade customers to make purchasing decisions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities, maintaining professionalism and integrity in interactions with customers and colleagues.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to drive or commute to various locations, as well as the stamina to walk or stand for extended periods during face-to-face meetings or presentations.
- Easy entry and exit from the vehicle are important for efficiency, especially when making multiple stops throughout the day. Sales reps may need to quickly move in and out of their cars to attend meetings or make deliveries.
- Sales reps should be proficient in using navigation tools or GPS systems to efficiently plan routes, navigate to client locations, and avoid traffic delays or road closures.
