Empowerment Intervention Services

EIS Mental Health Services provides mental health services to children and adults. We believe that providing quality mental health services will help individuals develop strengths to live a healthy and productive life.

The Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) will provide goal directed interventions to stabilize children and youth in transition. Our motivated and engaged teammates role and responsibilities will include:

Able to maintain a flexible schedule based on the needs of assigned clients and families.

Able to be available to clients/families in crisis situations.

Able to be available to support clients in an on-call capacity for the program.

Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance qualifications regarding driver record.

Provide clinical services to your clients and families primarily in their home or within the community

Ensure services are delivered in an ethical manner.

Provide clients and families with referral and assistance to appropriate community resources.

Teach families about the process of locating and securing needed services.

Advocate for the needs of clients when necessary.

Attend and participate in clinical and administrative supervision.

Complete all annual and bi-annual mandatory training assigned to you prior to expiration date.

Maintain compliance with background check requirements prior to expiration date.

Attendance at all training

Qualifications:

Must have must have or be willing to obtain documentation of current certification in the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths Assessment (CANS) or the Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment (ANSA). Certification must be updated annually through an approved entity.

We are seeking qualified QMHP with a degree in a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
