Responsibilities:

Engage with Home Depot customers, educating them about the benefits of solar energy.
Set up in-store displays and actively participate in marketing initiatives.
Qualify leads, schedule in-home consultations, and follow up with prospective clients.
Maintain a professional and engaging demeanor while representing both Home Depot and our company.
Collaborate with team members and utilize training materials to stay updated on the latest solar products and industry developments.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training!
Ability to learn and convey the benefits of solar power to homeowners.
Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, as most customers visit stores during these times.
High level of energy and enthusiasm.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a retail environment.
