Role Overview:
- Engage with homeowners to discuss and assess their solar energy needs.
- Schedule in-home consultations, educating on solar benefits like cost savings and sustainability.
- Address homeowner questions and guide them through the sales process, from first contact to closing.
- Build a network through referrals and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Deliver impactful presentations that showcase the value of Get Smarter Solar's offerings.
- Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and stay updated on industry trends.
- Keep precise records in our CRM and represent Get Smarter Solar with competence and integrity.
Key Qualifications and Attributes:
- Exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a knack for connecting with others.
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but a passion for learning and growth is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset, dedicated to delivering excellent service.
- Able to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and disciplined, with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable with extended periods of walking and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Passionate about sustainability, with a desire to make a meaningful impact on the environment.

Compensation:
- Junior Consultants: Earn a base rate of $20 per hour, plus commission.
- Certified Consultants: Opportunity to earn $80,000 or more annually, based on performance and sales results.
