Tony’s Clean Team is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property walkthroughs, and closing deals for both residential and commercial cleaning services. This individual will be the face of our company, building relationships with potential clients and ensuring that their needs are met with our personalized and professional services.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and local outreach.
- Client Consultations: Schedule and conduct property walkthroughs to assess cleaning needs for prospective residential and commercial clients.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed service proposals based on the property evaluation and client requirements.
- Sales Presentations: Present and explain Tony's Clean Team's service offerings to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of personalized cleaning solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by closing contracts for cleaning services.
- Market Research: Stay informed about local competitors, pricing strategies, and service offerings to better position Tony’s Clean Team in the market.
- Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
- Follow-up: Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in high end cleaning services or a related industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Customer-Centric: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple client accounts and sales processes simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk properties of varying sizes and conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling to client locations.
- Proven experience in territory sales or inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential based on performance (10%-20% of the sale). The successful candidate will enjoy flexibility and independence, with the opportunity to shape their own success.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
