Join the Grime Gladiators Cleaning Ltd team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative and play a vital role in expanding our customer base and promoting our range of exterior cleaning services. As a representative of Grime Gladiators, you will engage with potential customers in residential neighborhoods to introduce our services and generate sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Knock on doors and engage with homeowners to introduce Grime Gladiators and discuss their exterior cleaning needs.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to each homeowner's specific requirements, highlighting the benefits of our pressure washing, window cleaning, roof demossing, house soft washing, and Christmas light installation services.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of Grime Gladiators offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, gather contact information, and schedule appointments for in-home consultations or service appointments.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with potential customers, address any questions or concerns they may have, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Sales Closing: Utilize persuasive sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads generated, appointments scheduled, and sales closed, using CRM software or other designated tools.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and management to strategize and implement effective sales tactics and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
