DPN, a leader in dairy farm management solutions, is looking for a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and impact within the dairy industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a readiness to be a part of a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Travel to client locations to facilitate sales and build partnerships, with travel expected to be around 75% of the time.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years experience as a sales representative or relevant role. Highly motivated recent graduates.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- Commission pay
