The International Sales Support Representative provides essential support to our international sales team and customers, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across global markets.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Support Representative – International:

Provide administrative support for the International Sales department to include processing customer orders, reviewing International Inquiry e-mail Inbox, answering customer questions, creating, and issuing invoices, internal processes for key customer management, item set-ups, new account set-ups, operational support for international trade shows, etc.
Provide exceptional customer service to international clients, addressing inquiries, warranty issues and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate international shipments including submitting orders to US and/or China Distribution Centers for processing.
Maintain a proactive role in increasing sales effectiveness and productivity by assisting Sales Reps with pipeline of new prospects and existing customers through Oracle CRM. Extract reports by request to aid the sales process.
Review and draft letters, presentations, and various other documents and physical materials in preparation for sales meetings.
Management and execution of sample distribution for new products.
Main contact for international distributors and retailers on marketing, brand, tradeshow, and merchandising inquiries.
Main contact for US marketing team on international marketing related projects and activities.

Requirements:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

2 or more years of sales support, customer service, or related experience.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Ability to meet multiple deadlines and effectively handle competing priorities.

Excellent follow-through skills and attention to detail.

Highly effective communication and customer service skills.

Team oriented yet confident and reliable with independence and autonomy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.

International sales operations and/customer service experience is a plus.

Bilingual or foreign language capabilities a plus.

Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or similar platform a plus

Must have or be able to attain a valid US passport.

Local travel for customer meetings, events and trade shows.

Must be able to work from our Boulder, CO headquarters.

Work Hours: This is a regular, benefits-eligible position currently operating on a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office (T, Th, and one additional day).
