Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our team. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pest control directly to customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our company.

Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through business development efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and account management
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize sales revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage customer accounts and track sales activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to make informed sales decisions
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and maximize revenue
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus

Pay: $58,263.57 - $70,166.88 per year

Benefits:
