As the Sales and Operations Director, you will be a key driver of success at our School. Your dual role involves overseeing sales efforts and ensuring smooth program operations. Were seeking a proactive individual who can excel in both areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership:
- As the sole sales representative, youll be responsible for prospecting, contacting potential customers, and closing deals.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Present and promote our services to new and existing clients.
- Analyze pricing strategies and make informed decisions.
2. Program Coordination:
- Collaborate with instructors and students to enhance the learning experience.
- Ensure program effectiveness by monitoring student progress and adjusting as needed.
- Coordinate program schedules and logistics.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff coordination and resource allocation.
- Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high standard of service delivery.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM and Accounts Payable software platforms.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Comfortable performing sales calls and program coordination.
- Experience selling roofing services to residential or commercial clients.
- Familiarity with operational efficiency is required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Coaching experience is beneficial.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years sales and operations management experience preferred
