Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales and instrumentation knowledge
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with technical sales is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.41-$27.94 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

- Inside sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Technical support: 2 years (preferred)
