*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Please note that compensation for this position is 100% commission based.
*Duties*
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management techniques
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to promote products or services
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients
- Collaborate with Co-Founders to develop and implement sales strategies
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively
- Strong understanding of membership sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing CRM software
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
