Job Summary of the Inside Sales Representative position
Integr8staff seeks an experienced Inside Sales Representative with metal distribution experience for a highly-regarded, nationally recognized, and continually growing company in Rialto, CA.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative position
Cold Calling; the ability to identify prospects, initiate contact, develop trust, identify opportunities and close.
Ability to retain active accounts, grow active accounts and provide post sale support
Generate, follow up and close quoting opportunities
Ability to build strategic relationships and position the company for last right of refusal
Work within a team and leverage internal resources to maximize our service offering
YOY growth in gross margin dollars diversifying across all eight product lines and across six major market segments
Ability to analyze and interpret customer / market trends
Communicate market information within the organization
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements of the Inside Sales Representative position
BA/BS degree preferred;
At least 2-3 years previous sales/account management experience in manufacturing or technical sales environment;
Strong computer, technically savvy skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly
Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs
Excellent listening, negotiation, and phone skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
