Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective sales service for ADEX USA customers by exhibiting excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members.
Essential Functions

- Promotes ADEX USA fine ceramic tile products and design solutions
- Promotes potential design solutions to customers
- Sells merchandising options based on individual customer needs
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Works closely with the credit department to coordinate payments on orders.
- Some administrative accounting functions.
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Partners with the Warehouse and Miami team to meet and exceed customers' service expectations.
- Develops excellent working relationships with key customer personnel
- All projects and duties assigned by management to facilitate teamwork and operational success

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Light warehouse duties such as filling UPS orders and assembling small orders.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Full time position that can include weekend hours.

Required Education and Experience
Basic computer skills
High school diploma
Preferred Education and Experience
Customer service or office experience.
Bilingual English and Spanish
