Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Interior Designer/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role combines creativity, technical expertise, and strong sales acumen to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive project success. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, innovative, and skilled at balancing design concepts with client needs and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgets.
  • Develop detailed design concepts, floor plans, and 2D/3D renderings for kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior spaces using software like AutoCAD, 2020 Design, or SketchUp.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project proposals, including cost estimates, materials, finishes, and appliance selections.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client interaction to project execution, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and energy-saving strategies, applying this knowledge to enhance client designs.
  • Provide accurate project timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and provide after-sales support to nurture customer relationships.
  • Maintain showroom standards and contribute to sales targets through proactive client engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 8 years of experience in kitchen remodeling, interior design, and sales.
  • Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, materials, and building codes.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 2020 Design, and SketchUp.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
