Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Hibachi Catering Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct sales and a passion for culinary experiences and business development. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, ensuring their event needs are met while driving sales growth.
Duties
- Actively engage in direct sales, including cold calling and following up on leads to generate new business opportunities for our hibachi catering services.
- Conduct inside sales efforts by managing client relationships and tracking sales progress through our CRM tools.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring arrangements that benefit both parties.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Participate in outside sales activities by attending food events, festivals, and other networking opportunities to promote our catering services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise before or after events.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM and software tools relevant to sales and customer relationship management.
- Experience in catering, hospitality, or food services sales is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively persuade clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building client rapport.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to business development and identifying new market opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
