Sales Representative-Keepsake Plants Division

ARIS HORTICULTURE, INC. - Alva, FL

Keepsake Plants, a division of Aris Horticulture, Inc. is seeking a Sales representative to manage the Keepsake sales territory in the Florida and Southeast market. The position will be responsible for managing existing accounts and new accounts in the commercial greenhouse, nursery, and retailer garden centers. Minimum of 5 years industry experience dealing with customers is required.

Job Summary:

Drive sales for Keepsake Plants, business development of new accounts, service key accounts, all while providing excellent customer service. Your professional representation of the company is crucial to your role as our Southeast Sales Rep for Aris Sales whether it is at a customers’ site, industry trade shows, or while calling on accounts. Travel is involved and will require approx. 40-50% of your time. Attention to detail is a must in dealing with customer interactions, sales orders, budgets, expenses, and company policy. The employee will comply with company policies including travel, credit and collection and all other policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

Proper execution of the sales plan for the assigned territory alignment with the mission and objectives of Keepsake Plants.

Position Qualifications:

5 years plus of sales management experience

Successful account management experience

Successful record of sales achievements

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
