Job Description
Expectation of role: This role includes a sign on bonus at 30, 60 and 90 days!
- Work a pipeline of leads/lists to generate interest for our client’s products or services.
- Lead generation, list building, appointment setting and data profiling or some combination those activities on a daily basis.
- Identify and educate prospects, identify critical discussion points, and get them excited to talk to an expert.
- Use a range of known technologies (Google docs, excel spreadsheets, etc.) at high proficiency; learn new platforms (dialer technology, multiple CRM’s, etc.) at a fast pace.
- Generate script and sales strategy improvement ideas.
- Identify best practices and share them with the other team member.
- Self managed and productive individuals motivated to produce results.
Experience:
- BA/BS degree OR equivalent sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
- Prior experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role required.
- Phone sales experience, preferably in a dialer based setting.
- Experience in at least two CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, Infusionsoft, etc.) required.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office product suite
- Remote experience preferred.
- Strong self-initiative and able to work independently, while managing multiple projects and meeting associated deadlines within a dynamic work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
