Role: Business Development Lead - CPG

Role Type: Full Time (No 3rd Party or Contractors)

Location: Atlanta, GA

Compensation: Up to $220K DOE + Bonus

Years of experience: 12-15

Industry: CPG

Key Competencies: Business Development, Consultive selling, IT solutions for the CPG vertical, Sales hunting, Customer Relationship Management.

Overview:

The Business Development Lead position is a key growth and transformation role within the Market Unit, responsible for driving and executing Business Development strategies to acquire target clients across various industries. This is a sales role aimed at acquiring new clients. The candidate will leverage the entire portfolio of services for targeted firms while working collaboratively with other market development, solutions teams, and industry SMEs to generate demand and capture qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape new business opportunities and large deals for the Retail vertical.
  • Understand our client’s industry and their business in the CPG sector.
  • Bring together the ecosystem to structure innovation-led partnerships with new clients.
  • Bring positive and scaled impact to our client’s business through the portfolio of services and solutions.
  • Establish cross-functional CXO relationships and generate overall market momentum for the identified markets.
  • Achieve growth targets, originate deals, acquire new logos through proactive demand generation, and consultative selling, and provide thought leadership to our prospects throughout their buying journey.

Qualifications:

  • Min 12-15 years of overall selling experience with a majority of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • Preferably should have worked in a leading IT services/consulting firm with experience in collaborating across global teams.
  • Direct industry experience working in CPG companies is desirable.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
