Jubitz Fleet Services, one of America’s best-in-class fueling service providers, is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative.
Our great compensation package includes a base salary, guaranteed commissions during training, new business and residual commissions, quarterly bonus opportunity, a comprehensive benefits package, and more.
JOB SUMMARY
Jubitz works with transportation, commercial and industrial businesses to help them develop effective strategies and solutions for their fuel programs. Our outside sales position is responsible for identifying prospective customers, acquisition of business, and retention of targeted clients for Jubitz Commercial Fuel Cards, Delivered fuel and Lubricants. The person will develop a full understanding of Jubitz products and services to address the needs of our current and potential clients. You will use face-to face meetings, phone prospecting, networking, and referrals to set and run appointments, uncover customers’ needs, and create awareness and demand for our product.
- Conduct company business with stated goals to increase revenue and grow profit
- Generate leads and track activities
- Prospect, network, set appointments with decision makers to present solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle; lead generation to close
- Assist in maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Execute sales programs on behalf of the company in a professional manner
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Three years’ experience in business-to-business sales preferred
- Self-motivated with past sales experience
- Proven sales track-record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, preferably in direct sales and/or B2B sales
- Strong sales skills to including a competitive self-starter approach
- Strong relationship builder with a high degree of integrity, responsiveness, and reliability to maintain customer relationships
- Valid Class C Drivers’ License with clean driving record required
