Job Description
Sells and services products and solutions directly to group clients or through broker/consultant relationships. Builds and maintains strong relationships to foster sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working independently, sells and services products to group customer accounts/territories. Maintains and grows the book of business through aggressive product and solution sales, upsells, and renewals through partner brokers/consultants.
- Advisor broker/consultants on Technology Platforms and Enrollment Solutions based on client’s needs
- Perform Demos to broker/consultants and/or potential clients
- Assist broker/consultants on enrollment strategies for their clients to ensure employees are educated on their benefit programs
- Develop new business opportunities and sales growth by initiating and maintaining strong relationships with carrier rep partners
- Assist in or lead case implementations for new sales

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable on the phone and presenting to clients and prospects in person or via webinar.
- Must have drive and competitive spirit
- The candidate has a sense of urgency and takes pride in their work.
- Must be comfortable in a team environment
- Have the ability to articulate solutions to customer service issues
The qualified candidate should have the following:
- At least one year of professional work experience
- Employee Benefit, Payroll, Ben Admin sales industry experience is not required but preferred.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with a “figure it out” attitude
- Very Strong Organizational, time management and follow-through skills
- Excellent skills with Powerpoint, Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Undergraduate Degree (Preferred, but not required)
- Desire to continually learn new products and services
- Life and Health License
