About You
You will lead the existing marketing team and work hand in hand with the executive team on everything marketing – from determining the overall brand strategy and messaging, down to executing fully integrated campaigns for the business. This role requires strategic planning, entrepreneurial execution and creative ideation, with the ability to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others. Additional responsibilities include:
- Define and understand target customer segments to translate product features into marketing messages.
- Conduct competitive analysis in order to define messaging, positioning, and launch plans for new products and features.
- Monitor and analyze demand generation funnels and campaigns to optimize conversion rates.
- Lead and assist in creative ideation.
- Content creation and positioning for corporate websites, blogs, whitepapers, customer success stories, videos, and pitch decks.
- Manage the design process of digital media, brochures and other literature to establish branding and positioning.
- Maintain relations with members by organizing and developing specific. member- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, trade associations, and seminars.
- Create and maintain relationships with third party partners, including but not limited to bloggers, associations, industry groups, trade publications, etc.
- Completes marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Develop and execute relevant messaging that relates and engages target audience.
- Work with cross-functional team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years marketing experience in roles requiring strategy, data analysis, process improvements, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
- 3+ years experience building and running a marketing team.
- Strong understanding of Hubspot workflows and email marketing.
- Proven marketing campaign experience in B2B.
- Strong creative and copywriting skills.
- Experience with scaling operations via content marketing.
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities .
- Solid knowledge and maintenance of 1) social media presence and direct programs to improve recognition, and reputation, 2) web & mobile analytics, and 3) Google Adwords.
- Experience with Salesforce and WordPress preferred.
- Knowledgeable at leveraging AI to improve quality and relevancy of messaging to pharmacy owners and pharmacy employees. ie ChatGBT.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
- Skills in photography and videography are a plus.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
